Daryl & Melissa have been married for 28 years and together, they proudly own The Messy Pig. Daryl has always had a talent in food services.  Daryl started in food services at a very early age. He rose through the ranks at several well known restaurants, eventually becoming general manager and eventually owning several restaurants. In 2019, Daryl had a vision to take his talent and turn it into a catering company. Starting out with several catering opportunities and through attending many local events with our food truck, word spread and today, Daryl’s vision and passion has grown into a very successful catering company.   

With Daryl’s amazing talents in the kitchen and Melissa’s organizational skills, The Messy Pig is a well rounded, well run and extremely popular cater and food truck vendor. Over the last several years, The Messy Pig has grown to become one of the most trusted and sought-after catering companies thanks to our amazing customers.
